We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and public areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any requests or inquiries. Additionally, the location was superb. Situated in the center of the city, we were within walking distance of renowned restaurants such as Palubasa, Bakso Ati Raja, and Malindo resto. The hotel's proximity to a 5-star hotel by Sheraton group added a touch of luxury to our stay.
Nothing that we didn't like.

My new year experience at the hotel was great! Location was amazing as it was near a number of famous restaurants and shopping destinations. the hotel also had a beautiful view of the city skyline. the staff were friendly and welcoming, constantly greeting us with a smile.
I have to say that I was disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. the options were limited and some items were repeated on a daily basis.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, near other renowned 5-star hotels. Guests can easily explore the popular local eateries such as Palubasa, Bakso Ati Raja, and Malindo resto. the central location provides easy access to various landmarks and attractions in the city.
The lack of attention to basic amenities, such as worn-out bed sheets and pillow covers, was disappointing.

Location is great, right in the center of the city near popular restaurants and a shopping mall. Easy access to public transportation.
The bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed upon my arrival and even after several days. , the hair dryer was broken and I couldn't borrow one from the hotel staff.
